And the winner goes to...

Salam and hello everyone!

Just an fyi, we'll be giving out awards for a number of categories for the graduation dinner.

Nominees will, of course, be graduating students themselves. (I'm so sorry to those not graduating yet, don't worry, your time will come ya? ;))

The categories will be:-

FRIENDLIEST STUDENT AWARD - he/she is organic, friendly even to insects, animals and atmosphere. Gentle and bio-degradable. Non-toxic.

MOST HELPFUL STUDENT AWARD - desperately loves helping others and very reliable. Always on a mission to help save the world.

FUNNIEST PERSON AWARD - appreciates great humour. Spends hours cheering you up. You laugh at him/her instead of his/her jokes. Heeeeeeeeehehehehehehe!!!!

MOST MYSTERIOUS STUDENT AWARD - you probably know he/she exists, other than that, everything else about this person will inspire M. Night Shyamalan movies.

MOST LIKABLE PERSON AWARD - there is simply nothing you hate about this person. He/She embraces Transcendentalism to the core!

BEST TEAM-WORKER AWARD - “Teamwork is essential - it allows you to blame someone else”.

THE NUMBER ONE TEACHER'S PET AWARD - loves giving his/her teachers exotic pets at the end of the semester - iguanas, peacocks, cobras, pangolins, pandas, koalas, etc.

LIVELIEST CHARACTER AWARD - so full of life even in deep sleep. Suffers from oxygen overdose. Feed him/her Benadryl and he/she behaves like Red Bull.

MOST MISCHIEVOUS STUDENT AWARD - By the time this award is announced, he/she would have played pranks on almost all of the dinner guests.

SUPERHERO AWARD - an all-rounder in everything, including saving a screaming damsel from being attacked by cockroaches, mosquitoes or ants.

KIM POSSIBLE AWARD - the female version of the superhero. Saves men from being attacked by IIUM stray cats, dogs and vampires.

On the spot awards - to be announced on dinner night:
BEST DRESSED MALE
BEST DRESSED FEMALE
Dr. Normala is contemplating WORST DRESSED MALE & FEMALE (you still get prizes!)

Note: The IIUM dress code still applies during the dinner ya.

Reminder: the theme is GLAMOROUS! So go nuts and get creative! ;)

So, graduating students of 2010/2011 batch, please nominate yourself or your graduating friends for the categories stated above using the form that you can download here. Prizes will be given to students with the most nominations on the dinner day itself. So start voting now ya! :)
